There are so many benefits of exercising that I wouldn't be able to list them all, but some of the most important include:

- Reducing loneliness and feelings of social isolation. (This is a benefit specifically related to looking for a personal trainer. With personal fitness training, you have a partner and a social outlet while learning to exercise safely at home. I particularly enjoy this aspect of my job as I get to share my enthusiasm with you.)
- Preventing falls and other injuries by improving balance and range of motion.
- Boost cognition. (In addition to this being a benefit of exercise in general, I also offer coordination and brain exercises for stroke patients and stroke recovery.)
